Refund Policy
Due to high volumes of scams and counterfeits, we do not accept returns on cards and sports memorabilia. All sales on cards and memorabilia are final and cannot be returned.
We do accept returns if you have received the wrong item. For other items, such as supplies and merch, we do have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days to immediately inspect after receiving your item to request a return/refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in it's original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase you got after the purchase of that product.
Contact us immediately through our contact page. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and will let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
